This book does have some excellent points and uses real workplace examples , and I highlighted several passages for future reference I am giving the book three stars because 1 there were sections I had to reread to figure out what the author was saying, 2 there were other sections that seemed long winded and it felt like they could have been pared down significantly , 3 as you probably figured out, the writing style was not for me.I received this book for free from.
