Meditation IS for everyone Meditation IS for everyone This book was a quick, easy read I am one of those who finds floating on a boat in the ocean a very upsetting notion and have had less than beneficial experiences with meditation I ve tried group meditation, cds, videos, idiot s guides nothing has ever worked I ve already put a couple of these methods into practice and it did not even stress me out I look forward to practicing each day using these new to me ideas Thank you so much
